The Distillery

Cowboy whiskey was traditionally made by the barkeep in the backroom, mashing ingredients that he knew would get the job done, and a little of what was in reach. While we would like to say our Griff’s Cowboy Whiskey is made the “traditional way”, we are more scientific and deliberate with a nod to the ol’ days.

Our micro-distillery is outfitted with wood barrels carefully selected to bring out just the right flavors in the aging process. During distillation, the whiskey is infused with flavors of burnt sugar, nettles and nuts.
